ZALORA VIP benefits include free delivery:

Option 1: Next Day Delivery (1 business day)

Cut-off time: 7 PM (If order placed after cut off on Friday, delivery will be Tuesday)
Items: Sold by Zalora
Delivery charges for ZALORA VIP Members: Free
Delivery charges for non-ZALORA VIP Members: S$ 9.90

Option 2: Standard delivery (varies by Seller)

To activate and use ZALORA VIP for free and faster delivery, follow these steps:
Add items to your bag: On both desktop and mobile app, start by adding your desired items to your shopping bag.
Locate the ZALORA VIP option: On desktop: Visit the ZALORA VIP page and click "ADD TO BAG." You’ll be directed to your bag, ready for checkout. On mobile app: After adding items, look for the ZALORA VIP banner with a toggle at the bottom of your bag or at the top under Shipping Options on the order review page.
Activate ZALORA VIP: On both platforms, simply tap or click the toggle to add ZALORA VIP to your bag.
Proceed to checkout: On desktop: Continue with the checkout process as usual. On mobile app: Tap "Proceed to Buy" or "Place order" after toggling ZALORA VIP.

You can identify ZALORA VIP-eligible items on the app by following these steps:

Use the “VIP” filter in the catalog to view items that are applicable under the ZALORA VIP program.
Eligible items will be tagged with a “VIP” label in the product listing.
