TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry Period and Promoter

   1. The "Polo Play" Promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Ralph Lauren (Singapore) Private Limited (the "Promoter," "we," "us," or "our").

   2. Information on how to participate and redeem the gifts form part of these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by and entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions (the "Official Rules").

   3. For avoidance of doubt, the Qualifying Platforms (as defined below) are not sponsors, organizers and/or administrators of this Promotion. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or these Official Rules shall be strictly between the participant / entrant and the Promoter only.

2. Eligibility

   1. The Promotion is open to individuals who have purchased Ralph Lauren products via the following platforms (the "Qualifying Platforms"): Ralph Lauren Singapore Official Website (https://www.ralphlauren.com.sg), Lazada Singapore, Shopee Singapore, and Zalora Singapore. 

   2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

3. Promotion Mechanics

   1. Key Cover Leather Painting

      1. Activation Period: 2 April 2026 to 7 May 2026 (on specific weekends only). 

      2. Please ensure that orders made on the Qualifying Platforms are placed and confirmed by 24 April 2026, 11:59pm (UTC+8) to enjoy the Promotion. Orders placed after 24 April 2026, 11:59pm (UTC+8) may not be delivered in time to enjoy this Promotion.

      3. Qualifying Purchase: Purchase any Polo Play bag (no minimum spend) on a Qualifying Platform.

Participants must bring along (i) the Polo Play bag with the Polo Play key cover purchased on the Qualifying Platform and (ii) the digital order confirmation, for redemption of this promotion.

4. Redemption: Polo Ralph Lauren store at Takashimaya (Level 1, 391 Orchard Road) on the following weekends only:

4 & 5 April / 11 & 12 April / 18 & 19 April / 25 & 26 April / 2 & 3 May 2026 between 2:00pm and 7:00pm (UTC+8)

Leather painting on key cover is available on one side only and is subject to a lead time of approximately 15 minutes, inclusive of drying time. Upon completion, the painted item must be untouched for a minimum of 24 hours to allow for paint to fully set on the leather. Failure to adhere to this care instruction may result in smudging, cracking, disfiguration, or transfer of paint.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any damage, disfiguration, deterioration, or defects to the painted leather arising from handling, use, environmental exposure, or non‑compliance with the stated care instructions after the leather painting has been completed.

2. Polo Play Stickers

Activation Period: 2 April 2026 to 7 May 2026.

Customers are eligible to redeem up to six stickers per customer, limited to one sticker per colour, with no purchase required. Redemption is open to all customers and is subject to availability, while stocks last. Available at Polo Ralph Lauren store at Takashimaya (Level 1, 391 Orchard Road) during store opening hours:

Mondays to Sundays 10:00am to 9:30pm (UTC+8)

3. The respective Activation Period for the Key Cover Leather Painting and Polo Play Stickers shall be collectively defined as “the Qualifying Period”.

4. Redemption Conditions & Restrictions

1. All gifts, illustrations, and painting services (collectively, the "Gifts") are strictly limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Redemption is strictly subject to daily capacity limits and the availability of the artists on-site.

2. To manage physical capacity, the Promoter reserves the right to require eligible participants to book a specific time slot.

3. The leather painting service is limited to pre-set designs provided by the Promoter. Custom designs or external images will not be accepted.

4. To ensure fair access for all customers, redemption of the Gifts is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per eligible customer, regardless of the number of Polo Play bags purchased during the Qualifying Period.

5. If a participant secured an appointment for a painting or illustration service but fails to attend at the designated time slot, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the participant's slot without notice. No refund, alternative compensation, substitute gift, or re-booking will be offered for missed appointments.

6. All Qualifying Purchases participating in this Promotion (including any Polo Play bags undergoing key cover leather painting or illustration services) are subject to the Qualifying Platform’s applicable return policy, except as set out below.

1. If a Qualifying Purchase has undergone key cover leather painting, the Qualifying Purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

2. If a Qualifying Purchase has undergone an illustration service, both the illustration service and Qualifying Purchase  are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

For the avoidance of doubt, any Qualifying Purchase found to be materially defective remains subject to the participant’s rights under applicable law.

5. General Rules

1. This Promotion is subject to all applicable national and local laws and regulations in Singapore. All entrants shall ensure that their entry into this Promotion complies with these Official Rules and any applicable law. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any entrants which it deems to be not in compliance with these Official Rules, ethical conduct, or any applicable laws, in its sole discretion.

2. If the Gift or any element of the Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Gift or element of a Gift for a gift of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The participant will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Gift has been substituted.

3. The Gift is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.

4. All purchases made on a Qualifying Platform are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Qualifying Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, the Gifts, or these Official Rules shall be strictly between the participant / entrant and the Promoter only. None of the Qualifying Platforms shall have any responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion. 

5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control prevent the Promotion from running as planned.

6. By participating in the Promotion and attending the redemption locations, participants acknowledge that filming, photography, and interviews may take place. The Promoter may use such audio, video, and photographs (including the participant's name, image, and likeness) for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed may notify the Promoter or its staff on-site at any time. Participants may also withdraw their consent after the event by contacting the Promoter.

7. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion, the rules, or the Gifts, the Promoter's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Liability Disclaimer

1. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter, its affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable laws, from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in the Promotion, except where such loss or damage is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.

2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 6(a) above, the Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion.

3. Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees or implied warranties provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Personal Information Collection Notice

1. The Promoter collects your personal information (such as name, contact number, and order details) solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility, administering the Promotion, and managing physical capacity at redemption locations such as appointment booking ("Personal Data"). Your Personal Data may be disclosed to our service providers, including booking platform operators and on-site artists, who assist in administering the Promotion.

2. Participants may be offered the opportunity to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Opting into marketing communications is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of entry or receipt of any Gift. Only upon explicit, affirmative consent will a participant's Personal Data be uploaded to the Promoter's consumer database for future marketing purposes.

3. Your Personal Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the Promotion or as required by law.

4. The Promoter's Privacy Notice (available at https://www.ralphlauren.com.sg/customerservice?cid=cs-privacy-terms) explains how the Promoter handles your Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and how you can access, seek correction of, or withdraw consent regarding your Personal Data. You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time by contacting the Promoter, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regards to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all disputes between any entrant and the Promoter that arise out of these Official Rules shall be referred to and resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, such disputes shall be solely between the participant / entrant and the Promoter, and the Qualifying Platform shall not be a party to, or liable in connection with, any such dispute, except to the extent such dispute or liability arises directly from the fault or negligence of the respective Qualifying Platform.
